Agent说把税和保险roll到贷款总额中，大概4000多。我原先的贷款里应该有余额，会
支票寄给我。就等于新贷款多出4000，但我会收到差不多金额的支票，可以存银行。请

就是相当于你多贷了$4000，原来银行的escrow account里面的余额会退给你的。
你可以选择不要impound account吗？

可以的。如果不多贷4000，就在closing的时候出现金4000，然后等退款。

可以的。如果不多贷4000，就在closing的时候出现金4000，然后等退款。

分特。no closing cost的基本定义是在不增长你原有贷款余额的基础上免去或由agent
支付全部贷款费用。

Impound amount should not be added into your loan amount.
When you set up the impound account, you will reseerve a few month property
tax + home insurance as the starting balance. Those money will be paid to
escrow ( if you are in CA) at closing. However, if you want to cancel the
impound account/payoff/refinance in the future, the balance in your impound
account will be returned back to you in check by lender.

You need to deposit some money to your impound account. It is a few month
propertytax and insurance. It is your money and will be returned back to you
if you do the refinance or payoff in the future.
