最近想做refiance，不知道angent会给rebate或回扣吗？还是说no point，no fee就是

There's no free lunch.
If you do get rebate, that means you will pay (much) more else where.
For example, if you are willing to refi to 10% 5-year ARM now, I'm sure
you will get a lot of rebates!

看你的loan amount以及case是不是复杂.everything is negotiable.

其实也要看了，一般来说还是rate更重要，可以no cost的情况下，选个低点儿的rate
。
