Just received seller's disclosure:
"In May 2007, water leaked from the upper level to the lower level due to a
faulty seal around the drain pipe of the washing machine pan. All damaged
areas were repaired and inspections were done indicating that the repairs
met housing standards. "
So is this an issue? Do we need to get seller for more info, but what info
we need to know?
