2/13/12: RFE （很奇怪，USCIS网站起初显示RFE状态，所以我一直以为自己被REF了）
2/16/12: post decision (approved) (后来问了律师，他们也不知道怎么回事，看来
网站上的状态有时候比较混乱）
3/2/12：notice received
由于没有sign up邮件通知，所以只能依靠USCIS网站上的状态，期间心情像坐过山车一
样复杂。希望大家都有好运，早日拿到绿卡。下面附上背景介绍。
