刚才看到“被公公打了，婆婆火上浇油”这么个贴，很火爆。结果进去一看，错了，
是“被老公打了，婆婆火上浇油”。又是家暴，又是鸡同鸭讲，讨论得很热闹。其实大
妈们和wsn们争论的不是一个论点。总结起来就是两点。
1）家暴，无论男暴女，还是女暴男，都是错误的，性质是严重的。
2）对家暴是否0容忍？
大妈们在宣扬的是第一点（或者是把女暴男部分给排除了的第一点），而wsn们主要讨
论的是第二点。
其实有争论性的就是第二点。当然了，美国法律是0容忍。所以很多大妈们（或苦主们
）见到这类贴不份青红皂白就来劲了，“你去告啊，你去告啊。”恨不得把你地址问清
楚了替你拨911。不过你想啊，你要选择0容忍自然是合法的。那么wsn们也有对把自己
送进局子里爆菊的人0容忍的权利。所以一来二去，你就加入那些单身大妈俱乐部了。
大妈们还恭喜你：你应该高兴啊，你失去的只有枷锁，得到的是整个世界。真是这样吗
？晚上人群散了的时候，还得你自个儿品味品味。反正单身大妈们对你曾经的另一半没
有任何交集任何感情，对有人加入她们的俱乐部那是真的高兴。至于她们在晚上有所感
触辗转反侧之余有感而发的叹息，你是听不到的。

想给我的前院铁门装个电动的装置，请问在洛杉矶有没有好的牌子或者师傅介绍，铁门
是前房主留下的可惜不是电动的。

是前院的想篱笆那样的拉门。

我这不是吸引那些以除暴安良为己任的大妈们进来扔砖的嘛．也欢迎来灌水．
现在房价虚高．我再配点水泥就自己砌墙造房子了．

这个我不清楚了.我装过swing door的双开门
用的是mighty mule牌子的.amazon上买的opener,自己装的.
并不复杂.
siding door的我觉得也应该可以自己动手.

看amazon上面有卖的,只需要一个unit,不难装.

Just to make a comparison, speeding, which might cause serious consequence,
is not likely to stop without help from JCSS. So if the husband is speeding
, will the wife on the passenger side call 911 asking for a ticket?

I agree with you that home violence is wrong and should be stopped. However,
the augment here is that if zero tolerance is the best way to achieve your
goal.

I see many family violence victims are in really bad situations and agree
the zero-tolerance policy is applicable to those serious situations. However
, should family violence be treated differently according to the extents of
the violence? Too many examples that women abused or were instigated to
abuse the zero-tolerance policy which leaded to adverse consequences for
both parties.
