I already ordered bedroom set which includes the bed. Now I need to buy the
mattress.
Do I need to buy foundation or box spring to support the mattress on bed
frame?

好像没有太大的区别，如果床垫比较软，最好用foundation,床垫硬，下边就用带弹簧
的box。

Yes, you need the box spring to support and protect the mattress.
