正在用，agent, inspector, attorney, loan agent 都是redfin的或redfin的partner
。他们也互相认识，沟通方便，还有rebate。而且我的agent从不push我，因为他们是
拿工资的，不是commission的。

Redfin办事效率高, 但是应该是比较适用于对房子有一定了解的client

I like redfin a lot. I literately found my current (dream) house from redfin
's listing.
I had a non-redfin agent showing me houses occasionally. she sent me new
listings from her mls subscription, so I could go to the open-houses myself.
In the meantime, I did my own research, mostly on redfin. I found my
current house in a refin search, I loved it, and asked my agent for a
private showing next day. Everything worked out nicely afterward.
I did not use a redfin agent. One of my friends did hire one, and received
rebates, although it was not necessarily a sweet deal. I think redfin gives
you a lot of useful information if you want to do your own research. The
status update was timely during my closing process.
