各位，
我们最近offer被接受，正在选择title company。请问要注意什么事项？人家给的GFE
里面的Owner's title insurance挺贵，大家都买吗？还是可以不买？还有一个
transfer taxes收费里面，应该是seller出大头吧？谢谢。很急，大概明天就该敲定
title company了。

Title insurance 有两种，一般是seller买一种(A)(owner's title insurance)，
buyer 买一种(B)(Lender's title insurance), 具体有点复杂，就不说了
各个 title company 都有自己针对的客户群，或是A贵B便宜，或是B贵A便宜
一般都是 seller 挑 title company, 所以B贵A便宜的多
你们挑的话，当然是找A贵B便宜的
Owner's title insurance 一般是 seller 出钱，一定要买
Transfer tax 一般也是 seller 出钱
具体谁出钱，要看你们的合同
