结婚以来仍然保持了个人账户，没有加joint account。
downpay需要两个人的存款一起出，需要设joint account holder么？还是无所谓，或
者夫妻转账的时候给个gift letter....注：在加州，community property。
两种情况下：夫妻共同贷款；夫妻用一个人的W2贷款。deed/title上当然是两个人的名
字。

是joint acct然后单人贷款需要开？google 的都是这种情况。
可以给非joint acct 开么？比如老婆说老公可以fully access the fund in her
acct.
