also have long time to wait.

真好，还可以给的比listing price低，我们这里出来一个抢一个，不高个两三万的都

you should ask seller agent if this price has been approved by the lender/
lenders and what other liens, such as if this owner owe HOA fee or not. If
the price has been approved by bank and no other lien, offer asking price
will lead to quick closing. Sometime seller agents attract buyers by
accepting very low price and 3-4 months later lender/bank says no and asks a
much higher price. Your time is lost.

是啊，short sale的最后加钱买也是有可能的，主要看市场价。
