It is far easier just to ask to reduce the price by 10 ~ 20 K for roof
replacement and then you do it after it leaks by going through insurance.

这你也知道 嘿嘿。对，每张票都是25，加上$5的税。
没aspen，但是有vail，jackson hole，Crested Butte都是相当好的雪场

现在冬天嘛 这个reduced miles也只有用在这几个雪场airport会比较划算
话说这个是看destination的，你的回程也在这个list里面？还是你一连飞好几个雪场？
想飞JAC但是我这边买不到AA飞的呀，ASE最划算，vail也可以 可惜今年只有mtc

Insurance won't cover it. But it's good point to lower the price now and
take care of after purchase.

哈哈，所以这个不是太好用的，因为往返程都在这个list里面而且在同一个月的概率很
小，即使有也很难出到票，所以基本上只能出单程，当然如果能飞JAC ASE之类的还是
挺划算的
话说你在ski版很活跃啊，你的base在哪里？我在LA一般在mammoth滑或者飞去mtc的地
方滑

it depends.
if it is wind damage, insurance will cover all.
lots of old roof in my area got that after a hail storm.

是呢，aa还是很狡猾的。mammoth不错啊，海拔比较高。
一到冬天就兴奋，灌水多了点，见笑了。
我在东南部，用miles兑机票相当划算，因为最便宜往返到denver也要250$,SLC还要多
一两百刀。

What's the chance that LZ gets a hail storm?
The roof is in bad shape already. What if the roof leaks and causes damage
to the house before a hail storm occurs? Continue waiting?
Waiting for storm damage is like 守株待兔。Doesn't make sense.

doesnot have to be hail storm, any wind damage will work.
of course, it is a bit of a gamble but many homeowners are willing to take
that chance.
you can always do small repairs to fix immediate concerns and wait for the
big one to hit.

请人做一个roofing square（100尺) 一般是100多美元,不到3000尺的两层楼,屋顶也就
10多个square.
当然有更贵的房顶,但是普通的保修35/40/40+年的就是100多/square.agent专门跟我说
过.
当然你要买个3000多尺的ranch就另说了.

也就是合理了？原房主也是中国人，我倒也不想没理搅三分。但是我觉得太久了，让他
换，或者给credit应该是很合理的。
