我查了很多资料，很多州的health department的report都认为300 feet以内要考虑辐
射问题，300以外应该没事，500以外可以确定没事。我的实地测量结果是200feet外就
差不多0.5mG了，被认为安全数值。但如果300Feet以内要写入disclosure,appraisal
company的report说可能会影响value,这个你可以google, 有很多paper研究这个。

EB3没有NIW。所以你想走EB3就必须要有一份有效的PERM，没有别的办法。
