Appraisal上这样的statement会导致refin被deny吗？
Easements of record are typical and do not affect the value or marketability
of the subject. The subject backs up to XXXXXX Boulevard, a commuter road,
and its marketability is adversely affected.
如果会的话，我就不弄了。

你前段时间不是贴过了吗，不是有版上的agent说不会因为靠着大路被deny吗。虽然靠
大路影响value，但是影响后的value还是能让你的债务不超过80%你一样可以拿到贷款。

今天问了另外一个broker，他说
As you mentioned in your e-mail it sounds as if this statement was not
included in previous appraisals and therefore did not raise any “red flags
”. Should a similar statement be made on a new appraisal whether or not
this is an issue will be at the discretion of the lender / underwriter.
Based on your question I am assuming this has caused an issue with another
lender. As the statement is raising a question as to the marketability of
the property it would not surprise me to see the lender with whom I can
secure this interest rate have an issue.
Unfortunately when there is any type of problem with a loan whether it is a
collateral issue (such as this income or asset issue they loan will be denied.
现在我是真糊涂了。如果这是真的，那我就冤枉第一个broker了。

marketability怎么会因为靠路边而影响。不marketable的房子，说的是比如房子不能
住人，很多code violation之类，或者房子有清不掉的liens。
这个国家靠这大路有无数房子，都卖得好好的，尽管价格会因为大路大打折扣
另外，你可以去complain那个appraiser了。。。

请问可以到那里去complain啊? 现在的情况是我已经从第一家broker那里退出来了。想
另外找其他的broker做，我知道他们肯定要重新做appraisal, 但是就这个问题先问了
他一下。省得到时候450块钱的apprasial打水漂。
