我的loan还有300，000 我想一次多付100，000。钱在saving account，那我应该在哪
天付最划算呢？因为mortgate balance is calculated monthly not daily.

Extra principle on the first of the month is the best because the interest
is calculated based on the first. If I were you, I would do it couple days
earlier(late of the previous month), just want to be safe.
