yard的fence上的mold这个会对健康有影响吗？家家有sprinkler的fence上都是黑色的
mold。
crawl space的支撑柱子上发现有拳头大的mold，discloure里没有，被treat过了，
inspect结果也完全正常，这样的房子会有问题吗？

那个mold肯定不是漏水造成的，北方地区冬天冷，冷空气遇到热空气，看了很多家房子
包括非常新的crawl space里都多少有点，您提醒的3点都有做到，都没问题。看来不是
大问题啊。
