Hi, there,
I have a question on the media report. My claim on media report was rejected
by IO.
I was one of the key developers of a product in our company and the product
was successful and implemented world wide. There are several articles and
websites reported the performance and advantage of this product. I used
these media reports as one of my claims in my EB1-B case. I have the RL from
my supervisor and other engineers to confirm my original contribution and
the impact of this product, and I also provided solid evidence such as the
revenue of this product to prove the importance of my contribution.
Unfortunately, my claim was rejected by IO and the reasons IO mentioned were
that 1. the media report is mostly about other people's work (I doubt IO
didn't even take a close look at my materials). 2. my engineering R&D work,
although original, doesn't count as research, therefore the impact and
contribution that I had doesn't qualify to be the contribution to the
academic field.
In this case, how can I argue? Can I still use these media report in my next
filing and what should I do to emphasize my contribution in a way that can
be accepted by IO?

If you already found your house by yourself, why you need a buyer agent to
share your hard earned 2.5-3% ?

The case was rejected.
I had two publications on the development and intial testing of the product,
and then there were more publications form other sources reported this
product but none of them mentioned my name. Can these publications count as
media report?

房产商不会给你这2.5-3%，因为你是买家，不是agent.

seller won't care that. He only care the money he can get from selling the
house.
Why everybody must follow the unfair realtor buyer rule.
The buyer agent is the most unnecessary part. They should be gotten rid of
from this industry, and turned into hourly paid professional and compete
with their quality to get higher hourly rate instead of cheating buyers to
get their 3% rebate which should not belong to him/her.

这个问题讨论过很多次了, 如果是新房子, 类似于Dublin那一片, 如果没有agent, 房
子价格也不会降, 如果是有buyer agent, 可以拿3%的agent commission, 到时就看你
们怎么分了.
不过前提是不能自己先在builder那边register, 否则就算以后说有agent可能也拿不到

我的media reports只有7个，单独claim的，因为没有审稿。而且除了一个有我的last
name，别的都没有提我的名字，基本上都是豆腐块。关键看怎么present

如果你在南加irvine买新房,可以找我拿rebate. 直接和房产商代表谈应该没有效果.
