如果在MD,VA,2.75 with no cost算是不错的了,不过如果你愿意再跟agent再砍砍,我相

这个no cost是指不用给银行任何手续费，但是其他的title什么的还是要交钱的吧？还
是１分都不缴？

在No-cost refinance中,borrower需要付的就三项,见以下:
1. The difference between your new loan amount and payoff amount if new loan
amount is less.
2. If you have Escrow account -- Reserve in new escrow account for property
tax and insurance (balance of your current escrow account will be sent to
you from your current lender after settlement).
3. Several days of interest (determined by closing date).
