买的新房子，开暖气以后客厅木地板有个地方走上去开始嘎吱响，现在这个区域开始扩
大，我猜想是不是因为开暖气的原因？但是其他的地方都不响啊，到底是什么原因呢？
这个属于质量问题吗？如果是的话我们倒是可以找builder来修，新房子有一年保修期
。

辞职的时候肯定都拿到新的offer了，在不在List上很明显了，这钱能不能拿很清楚，
不拿白不拿。
