昨天listed 的一个房子，晚上让agent 出offer，今天早上agent 回复说有1个
accepted offer and 1 backup offer，我说我出cash on double list price，seller
agent 回复说，The seller will not take another offer, since they have one
back up offer on this property.
太TMD 牛B 乐！

short sale或REO的foreclosure，人家潜规则内定呢没准。你double没有用。
要是普通卖的话，你的double除非被认为是太不严肃了。
