打电话问为什么没拿到，说你是被别人refer的，refer code是什么(就是你用的
referral link里的code)。如果他们说系统说你是existing customer，就说你不是，
只是同时开了netspend和brinks。如果他们不credit这个bonus，ask to talk to
their supervisor。网友的例子：
I actually had to go through executive customer relations or whatever, and
they explicitly asked for a referral code so they could credit the bonus.
referral link里的code)。如果他们说系统说你是existing customer，就说你不是，
只是同时开了netspend和brinks。如果他们不credit这个bonus，ask to talk to
their supervisor。网友的例子：

My secret is I can be a real asshole, and keep saying I want to talk to your
manager, and a supervisor I talked to said, okay, I will forward the
complaint to executive customer relations and they will get back to you.
And surprisingly enough, they did, pretty promptly too.
In fairness, I did screw up. I signed up for the Brinks without the
referral code, and then for netSpend with the referral code. I then added
your code to the Brinks thing, but they said that I couldn't use it on the
netSpend because I had already signed up for the Brinks (its not you're only
eligible for one bonus, its your only eligible for the bonus on the first
card you sign up for). But I just told them that this is a really screwed
up situation and in the interest of fairness they should make an exception
for me since I wasn't asking for anything that everyone else wasn't entitled
to.

会负责任的。
好像是有一条，好像是说由于检测时间和地点的限制，房屋的某些功能不可能在特定的
检测时间和检测条件下完整的检测出来，因此， 对该部分的功能状态显示TBD。不过，
如果条件允许，可以在90天内申请对某缺省项目再次检测。
比如，在冬天情况下的空调状况，以及夏天情况下的供热情况，doushi缺省免责的。
向你这个情况，你再多可以要求他补充这个下水道检测结果，但是肯定不会负这个修理
的连带责任，这个和他没有任何关系。
至于你是否可以根据这个检测结果找卖家负责，那就是另外的事情了。
