小公司C# .NET programmer职位refer.
职位信息如下：
Education and/or Experience:
Requires a 4 year degree or equivalent in an accredited institution of the
sciences.
Requires at least 2 to 4 years of programming experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Requires Microsoft .NET Programming experience in C# or VB.NET.
Requires database experience.
Must have good communications skill.
Demonstrated knowledge of current development methodologies, patterns and
best practices.
Prefer experience with iOS & Objective-C or experience with Android & Java
Prefer understanding of current mobile device networking, security,
peripherals and performance capabilities.
C#和.NET是必须要的，其他的背景Optional. 适合ENTRY LEVEL和两年左右工作经验的
人。工作地点在Tallahassee,FL或者Austin,TX.公司SPONSOR H1B。感兴趣的发邮件到

已有一房，贷款中。由于学区变动，想换个房子。该如何着手呢？收入不能支持两个贷
款。至少很难拿到。第二个首付勉强可以。
１。先搬出去租房一年。同时卖房。希望在半年内卖掉后再买房。
２。不搬，把现在的房子上市。卖掉后再搬走租房。
３。不搬，把现在的房子上市，同时找新的房子。但是买新房的前提是现有房子能同时
卖掉。
哪个方案更可行呢？谢谢

上次已经推荐进来2个国人，效果不过。所以再一次refer,目前有一个programmer职位
，描述如下：

老美很多take 3, 然后rent back。
不过你要是卖给老中，可能就有ID上来问：seller close以后不肯搬，想rent back，
问怎么办？然后众ID回：不搬走不close...
