Hello i am writing about the mouse i received from you, i believe it is
defective. I have tried it on Windows Xp, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. It
shows that I have plugged it in but when i run the procedure it just wont
work. I tried different new batteries and same thing. Is it possible to
exchange this for another one? Oh and I also updated the drivers using
windows update, nothing at all.
已经是第4个人问了。。。已经寄出去2个替换的，还有2个坏的自己去联系HP了。。
