到底该用哪个啊？算出来的次数不一致啊。
另外，如果我的文章被别人的毕业论文引用，或者书的章节引用，算不算？
另外，一般看引用次数，是指独立引用吗？什么样的叫独立引用？

看它周围方圆0.5mile以内的、类似的房子都什么价。
然后去实地看看，然后和邻居聊聊。
