果一个dream company联系我电话面试, 现在正在准备, 万一 拿了offer,那就要卖房,
刚买就卖, 恐怕要亏很多.
我现在在想 还能加上一个contingency 在里头吗, 或万一我拿了offer,合同作废??
二月底电面 ,之后10天左右 要交第一部分的down payment. 如果说onsite, 恐怕也是
电面后2个星期的事了.

这个签合同的时候看builder的意思跟条款了

attorney approval的时候加一个loan contingency,大概在60天左右loan approval的
时候还有一次协商机会。

If your dream company is google, your chance is less than 2/1000.

If you sign the contract with builder, Is the house still under the
construction or a fully complete property?
If the property is still under the construction, it will take monthes for
completion and you can put the longer loan contingency on it to buy some
time for you.
If this is a ready to move in house, then max. contingency might not be more
than 3 weeks.
If you add the addendum by stating the offer will not be valid if you get
the offer, I don't think seller will continue to deal with you due to your
uncertainty especially now it is seller's market.

录用你的公司应该负责你卖房的手续费,你不会有损失

房子还没有开始建, 只是刚开始签合同. 对您说的第一点我有点不明白, longer

我的理解是,就算签了这个loan contingency, 也只能作为贷不到款而退出的条件啊,
不能作为其它附加条件, 我的情况应该贷款没什么问题, 这样就算延长时间, 也没什么
帮助, 除非我加一个另外的条款, 说我拿到offer,合同失效, 那我估计builder可能就
不愿意干了. 目前的情况下, 拿offer的 可能最多也一半,所以这才是我挣扎的地方,
不想得罪builder, 但是又想有些自保.
