BOA也可以, 我们的wholesale lender也做, 都很靠谱.

GFE 上的fees有没有离谱的？
agent 介绍的WF direct lending。当时没有shop around。 ha，我现在的loan还是你
做的，快一年半了。
我的情况，30-year fixed现在能做到3.875，no cost吗？或者lower rate but with
cost？
