My LD published a review article in Chinese which has about 60 citations
from China. In our original petition, we did not mention these Chinese
citations because we were too lazy to explain and translate. We thought we
already had about 340 citations which should be fine.
Is it OK to bring these citations up in our NOID response?

听说buildin的装修时候还贵不少，为什么有人要装buildin的？

我觉得citation不是NOID的主要原因，所以这个提不提应该都不是大的问题，要针对
NOID的内容来做应对。Bless！

是不是要针对small percentage和如何证明自己在自己定义的领域的优秀多下功夫。所
有的数字都是为了证明这些。

Frankly speaking , it might not make any difference right now. Emphasizing
Chinese publication can result in" national " not internationally recognized
as outstanding , not even sth to do with top of the field.
