Got a new house. Just like to know how Zillow estimates its price in the
future. What would be the factors? School, location & convenience, new or
old, lot size, living area size, and many more? Does Zillow consider
upgrades? I spent ~20k to install granite counter, laminate floor, deck,
dormers, powder room, etc. Hope this house will be ~20k more compared to
standard ones. Will Zillow do a fair job?
