俺只想帮父母定,已经加到benefit registered members了.
但make reservation时ANA账户本人(我)必须在reservation里面?怎么破?

想搬进去前拆了重做，
第一cabinet太老，第二没抽油烟机，第三略小想把厨房跟饭厅打通搞得现代化点。
但是有几个concern，
一是小区附近没通气（估计得等一两年才可以气管免费），

然后再陆续开展后续工程尽量少影响人住？
有些项目，比如电转气估计还要等两年再做？
如果不行，是不是干脆先将就了，两年后再一步到位？

厨房做一半很难，我家是住了两年再装的，到那时需要啥不需要啥都清楚了，当然不得
不在后院做饭。

why not reserve lay a gas piple line for the future transformation to gas?
basically, you need to run two lines
A. a 220V E-line to your stove, you can use this E-line for E-stove
B. a gas pipe line, you don't need use it now, just leave it there
in the future, you can use the gas line to run gas to your gas-stove and
also use the 220V E-line for suppling 110V E to your gas stove
New gas stove requires 110V for ignition
Old gas stoves use pilot gas ignition.

厨房和客厅下面是地下室，燃烧室在地下室最左边，估计到时候会是天然气进户处。
装修厨房室一定要把通气管道埋好一直通到进户管子那地儿吗？
还是可以后来打通管道？
