还能去哪里查历史价格呢？别人的房子都正常显示 sale price，这家是记错了还是怎

if the property has been sold before, there will be record at county
recording office. rarely there's something missing since the ownership has
been changed which is not a small matter. r u sure that you know this one
has been sold before but you couldn't find any records?

这个房子07年被买卖过一次，但是成交价格显示的不对。。。是我正要买的房子，所
以很奇怪是为什么

how do you know the recorded price is not right? where did you get the info?

在county的board of taxation网站上，输入地址就出来了，有owner name，size，
price，assessment等等。我刚打电话问了，说因为是个special sale，比如
foreclosure，家人之间的等等，所以没有准确的价格

this one does look like a foreclosure, more like a Quite Claim Deed. don't
worry since it has nothing to do with you, but the kind of deed you will get
