买方有没有任何赔偿，比如broker commission，或者deposit要不回？

为什么不；
不过公司的信主要是证明你是full time employee,以及你的薪水证明。至于h1b，有
i797就行了

帮帮忙，签了合同后，如果不是因为修理的原因，只是credit谈不拢，能不能要回
deposit？能不能取消合同没有赔偿？第一次买房，着急啊！感觉水太深了！

正确的说法应该是公司是petition，你是benificacy。
但是不用这么写的。
让公司给你employment verification letter， pay-stub，w2.
带上I797就可以证明你的h1b的lawful status
