6 weeks or so
this is it for 2015, unless there is an exceptional offer coming up between
now and the end of the year
1. Citi AT&T - $650
2. CNB Crystal visa infinite - $1,000 + $250 x 3 airline credit, this card
is actually a keeper, recently added 3 x grocery
3. AMEX Green - 25,000 MR points
4. AMEX Gold - 25,000 MR points
5. Barclays Hawaiian Airlines - 50,000 miles

In NJ, Radon test is more needed in north than in south, especially the
house has a basement. One reason is if your state has a lot of superfund
sites on the EPA list or a lot pollution like NJ, you definitely need it.
One example is before WWI, there was a watch factory in Orange, NJ who use
Radium for luminous dials. Few people knew then Radium is hazardous to human
being until women working in that factory began to die. The factory was
then closed and the dirt, which contaminated with Radium was used to even
the low lands in Glen Ridge, Montclair and West Orange. This happened
around the WWII. It was until 80s that EPA found that some houses in some
neighborhoods of those towns has Radon gas 100 times higher than the safe
level. If you live in NJ, do not go to Carteret Park and the neighboring
streets. Though EPA spend over 400 million to clean it up, but I will still
not go there. Radon gas can cause serious lung problem for people who have
smoke history.
My point is it is only less than 100 test and you should do it if you have a
basement.

it only costs about $40 if you buy a test kit. my agent did it for me, she
bought the kit, went to the house and ask the owner to put it in the
basement, a few days later, she picked it up and mailed the kit to the
company made the kit. the result is then send to her in a day or two.
generally speaking, houses built on top of rocks are likely to have high
radon readings.
