appraisal, inspection, loan committment都出了，在等closing的时候有一个loan的
condition不能clear。现在有点想放弃，请问这种情况如果back out的话会损失

if your financing contingency is still alive, you should be able to get your
earnest money back.

depends on what's the ' loan condition' ....
If it's your responsibility,(i.e., you applied another credit card after
applied for a loan or you made a 20k cash deposit without verified source ),
you may not able to walk away w/o penalty

如果还有contingency的话,可以退出,并且把deposit拿回来.
