电器能自己买的尽量自己买，便宜太多了。我们当初想给冰箱升级，卖房的要加1800，
我当场在SEARS网页上一查，天啊，这1800我自己也买一个全新的了，在加上本来就有
的那个基本的，我不是同样的钱，却得到两个冰箱吗, 所以俺就没有升级，自己买

是用电的dryer/washing 还是gas的好？
用gas的真的烘不干衣服吗？

干什么用的都不知道，干嘛要加这个钱？

这个是不是就是后院里有个gas的管子，可以让你接grill的东西的？好多人不是都喜欢
后院烧烤吗？我的builder是自带的，不用加钱。

launtry room 加 sink有必要，以后你老婆可能有一些要手洗的高档衣服。
garage里没必要。

如果你不打算长期住,除了在launtry room 加 sink,其他都不用. FOR RESELL VALUE,
花钱要花在下个买家能看到的地方.

It is easier and safer than gas ones.
I do not like having gas at home. It is one more bill to pay. All bills
have starting fees even if you do not use it. Dryer energy is much less
than that of AC.
