想要在大同上买大家一致好评的不锈钢电饭煲，因为家里只有两个人，所以准备买个
6cup的就可以了～
但是不知道下面两种怎么选，不知道除了外壳一个不锈钢一个不是之外，还有什么区别
请说过的进来说说吧，谢谢

现在租的房子的month-to-month rental agreement里面有一条：
If tenants decide to vacate the premises, tenants agree to give 2 months
written notice to the Landlord.
Said notice to be delivered on the first day of the month, 2 months prior to
moving or all deposits will be forfeited.
我的房子6月中close，希望是房租交到6月底。
这样是不是5月1日把notice 送到就可以了？
按这个写的是不是必须是5月1日，不能早也不能晚？

我的合同和你的一样，情况也是一样，我的房东说她必须在4月30号之前收到我的通知
