4/28 号在amazon 上买了个nook docking station, 5/1 收到通知说寄出。可我到现在
还没收到。是通过 USPS Priority Mail 寄的。
Trucking # 只显示 Electronic Shipping Info Received
日期是 May 2, 2013
在amazon 买东西这么多年，从未遇到过这种事，前后发过两封信给卖主，可从未回复
。他们也没电话可打。
这种情况要继续等下去呢，还是file claim？如果file claim, 将会怎样? 谢谢

"Electronic Shipping Info Received" means the seller has printed the label.
the USPS has not accepted the package yet. You should contact the seller
first, if no response contact amazon.com.(assuming you are buying from 3rd
party seller)
