我看到的是如果seller 不愿意給，就可以不给。 Buyer 可以直接自己买，如果buyer
想找agent 或是律师，buyer 自己付钱。 这样seller 就省了seller or buyer's
agents commission. 在这样的seller's market 来说，还是不错的。

当然可以不给。不过99%的buyer就不会看你的房子了。
只有相信自己能力的老中wsn才会来买，想把你本来要给agent的3%
要到他手里。

That depends on whether you choose to "cooperate" with agents or not. If you
do not, agents will not bring buyers to your house. If you do cooperate,

the deal, they will expect to earn a commission. A three percent commission
is customary, but you can attempt to negotiate, too.
Before an agent brings a client to your house, they will probably stop by
and ask you to sign a "one time show" agreement. This prevents you and the

commission.

是啊，特别是老中wsn，都是屁挨着地，都觉得比agent懂的太多了，整个transaction
没有agent会顺利很多，还得到3%折扣。
