I am about to close a short sale, but the seller does not want to move out
and likes to rent it back to continue to live there.
Anyone has this kind of experience?
Should I worry about it?

it it pretty common. but the seller should let u know earlier, then u could
have negotiated for lower sale price. the seller was pretty smart.

Seller did say that earlier. I am OK as long as seller can prove that he is
able to pay rental. In case he can not afford the rental, can I ask bank to
let seller move out before close?

if it's a short sale, its illegal now. you should have term inyour pa or
short sale addendum that seller can NOT get money from you or live in the
House after closing.
