美国本地人的英语对我来说总是怪怪的，比如以下我问：
Terry:
Has the appraisal started?
Terry的回答：
It is ordered takes 14-17 days right now
要是我会说：It is ordered right now and takes 14-17 days。也许是我怪。

people can get sloppy, even native speakers ...
as long as there is no ambiguity, minor grammar issues are acceptable. of
course, for written English, you'd better fix them

I guess Terry meant "It has been ordered and it takes 14-17 days for this
time around"

是的。但是即使是乱说也有乱说的规律，也有习惯俗成的“乱说”，要是我真的不按语
法进行发挥乱置时间副词他们恐怕是要真听不懂。感觉自己还是没摸到Native口语的脉
门。

原因很简单，你住的地方是烂区。住的都是文盲，快搬家吧

红脖聚居，倒是民风淳朴。学区还不错，十分小学环绕周围，就是看重这个了。

这么说来，那个right now的意思就引申了，从一个时间点到了当前较大的时间范围。

you don't have to learn native "gibberish" to be able to communicate with a
native. The point is to make yourself clear and understood. A "harmless"
sloppy grammar does not mean it is the right thing to do
also, emails and conversations are different, emails can have typos, but not
when you speak

孩子想学好总是能学好的，东北也有字正腔圆的播音员，北京城也有说话含含糊糊的年
轻人。
