被告是mortgage brokerage公司 bbb
以下是从title report上抄来的：
A pending court action as disclosed by a recorded notice:
Plaintiff: San Zhang
Defendant: Si Li Financial Inc;
County: AAA
Court: Superior
Case No.: BBB
Nature of Action: prevent future encumbrances on said property
Recording Date: Sep 20,2012
里面还有case number
我去county网站上查了发现这个case从去年6月份一直到现在还没结束，好像是owner告
mortgage公司fraud，用假文件骗他foreclosure什么的
发现6月11日要jury trial
这样的房子是不是100％不能要？还是我可以去让我的agent问问listing agent怎么回
事？
