Looks like several companies are doing that: one coding question with one
hour time limit as the screening for the onsite "invitation only hiring
event." I don't buy the fancy name, but wonder if doing this type of coding
is worse than going through the normal phone interview first? Anybody have
gone through those coding screening? Care to share the type of questions?
