问题: 暖风机有点漏水，pan都生锈了，pan上面的白色管子是滴答滴答滴水,水通过pan
流到一个白色的塑料管，通到窗户外,站在室外也可以看到这个管子滴水.
请问这个问题怎么导致的?想看看不复杂的话自己是不是可以修理.

收到信，
看图这是coil的高水位直接排到底盘里，通过底盘上的排水管排到室外。低水位排水直
接接到排水管。一般高水位管是不排水的，只有在低水位排水管堵塞，水才会从高水位
管出。如果高水位管将来也堵赛的话，底盘的左边还有一个overflow switch,会切断冷
气机运作。
现在需要的是清通低水位管（包着的那根，在图的右边。）。
长久之计，底盘可换的话，尽量换个新的。如暂时换不了，至少要把低水位排水管堵塞
修好。

后加点chemical后告诉我没问题了，前几周我上去看了一下，pan还有很多水，就给那
个公司打电话，这个人又来了，看的时候，图上那个白色管子正望pan里面流水呢，我
说这个不正常呀，这个不应该流水的，他说这个就是正常情况，水就是流到pan里面出
去，我说不是呀，他说“你要相信我，我是AC 专业人士”。我想难道不同系统不一样
，然后这个人就走了。今天有空看了一下跟LENNOX的说明书，发现这个technician就是
胡说霸道，我准备明天打电话给他们，看他们怎么说。

现在这个AC公司跟我回信，说我可以找另外一家AC公司来检查，如果证明是他们导致的
问题，他们帮我附这个bill。我回信说这不是你们导致的问题，而是说你们没有给我修
好。下面怎么办？BBB？这个时间有点长了，而且付钱是通过aggie's list。谢谢
