Sorry I cannot type Chinese,
Background:
NIW I-140 sent last July and approved last November.
EB-1B I-140 together with I-485 sent in the end of last November, and I-140
approved December (PP). All in TSC. Also travel (AP) and EAD was approved
and did FP on December 21 (Walk in). However, the I-485 now still in Initial
Review.
My questions:
(1) Why I-485 takes so long? Is it normal? Anyone have the same situation as
me?
(2) Is it possible that the Officer consider my I-485 base on the approved
NIW I-140 instead of EB1B I-140? Anyone who have the same situation as
me please advise me.

水龙头什么的换了。
好像home depot只做地板窗帘什么的。

大公司还是要雇人的，公司自己还要赚钱，
通常要比私人CONTRACTOR贵不少，马桶
水龙头这种请人钱老去了，自己学学弄吧

比个体户有保障。

都是外包的，所谓大公司也就是皮条一下，有这功夫不如好好研究yelp（虽然有水分）
和homeadvisor的review，还有找同事同学邻居朋友推荐

我已经自己换了一套台盆加水龙头了，非常简单。
正准备自己换马桶，但是我家新地砖要比原来的flange 高1-1.25inch，大家有什么好
的安装方法推荐吗？ 我家是老的铸铁下水管道，我不想repipe。

140与485的审核，分属不同的IO，而且485需要FBI背调，这个很耽误时间，短则数月-1
年，长则无限期。
(2) Is it possible that the Officer consider my I-485 base on the approved
NIW I-140 instead of EB1B I-140?
这个可能性很小，因为1)你的485材料里面有EB-1B 140批准件，priority date是
current，极少有IO低智商的误认为你是NIW 140，排期还木有到。2）他们电脑系统里
面有记录140的批准。
