个股出现快速异常下跌时中断其交易，以预防股市异常暴跌。
报道说，美国证券交易委员会10日召集美国六大交易所的负责人召开会议，就纽约
股市6日盘中出现短时间内主要股指下跌近10%的异常情况进行调查。美国证券交易委员
会与各交易所已达成一致，今后如果有个股在一定时间内出现超过一定程度的下跌，将

Still fucking noting after 12 business days, no rejection, no call, no email

I remember that I opened several accounts with them back in 2004 or 2005,
very tedious and prolonged process as well, but good communications overall
this time around? absolutely nothing after I submitted apps online on Sept.

说的太对了，现在hsbc就是不想做生意。
12年签的5年的deferred prosecution agreement 到17年底，到时候很有可能还会继续

Most renters, poor students, lower wage workers, and struggling families,
are "bottom feeders" anyways and have certain traits associated with them.
There is an intrinsic risk when dealing with renters except the educated
Chinese and other Asian renters. Veterans are no exception. There are good
veterans and bad veterans.
No offense to the veterans, but veterans end up being a veteran because
their family circumstances force them to go this route. Most successful and
caring families will not send children to the services because of higher
expectations of, and love for the kids, which some families lack.
One more thing: When a dispute arises and you end up in court. The veteran
will most likely win regardless.

Exactly. Have seen many other renters with lower income and couldn't say
they are less risky than a disabled vet.
They have 2 kids, 9, 11 years old. This is a plus. It seems they have good
income for the next year:their combined total of $7,380 a month: $5040/month
income from unemployment (good for 1 year), and
disability from the VA. $2300 for housing allowance when they start school
this September (good for 36 months).they want to sign a 2 year lease.
Income seems stable, but I do concern about potential court trouble.

did a bit research on renting to disabled veterans, looks like eviction
procedure is similar as other renters. The downside is their income from VA
is protected and you can't collect judgments from those incomes.
