I had two cards affiliated with FIA. One had a $5k limit and one had a $30k
limit. I paid $2500 into the first account to get my balance below 50%.
Within days of that payment they called me to tell me I was a risk so they
lowered my available credit to just what I owed, which negatively impacts
credit scores. At the same time, I paid off the $30k card completely. Within
days I got a letter saying the closed that card again because I'm a risk. I
called and demanded an explan
