American are so GOOD at lying. I told the renter that I will run full tenant
screening before signing a lease through professionals. And ask them to
disclose any bad credits,criminal history, or rental history. ALL lied.What
a waste of my time!

同事啊，或者附近公司的，哪怕
就是闲置着，也不能找低层次的

it is funny that those 低层次的 renter got mad when I told them I can't rent
to them, because of their undisclosed criminal history or undisclosed debt/
collections, they don't think they did anything wrong when lie about their
background.

牵扯到自己的利益，当然是打死都不承认的，就是IRS他们也不承认的

不承认你也不能拿我怎么样，最多就是申请失败么

你拒绝人的方式不好，说你有别的offer了就完事了
或者你收申请的时候就筛选young profession和grad student，或者中国人，这些人是
最不会赖钱的
如果找不到上述的类型，只能说你出租的location不好了。。。

what if you have 2 candidates pass the screening at the same time?
