I have no debit. Currently I rent a condo. I have cash, stock and retirement
fund. Single income.
Do I need to disclose all my savings to lender or how much is enough to
apply for a loan? Any rules?
If I prove that I have more than enough saving (can buy the house with cash)
, will it make loan process smoother? Of course I will not sell stock now
