买房子的时候，seller的agent一开始没有放任何inspection report，一个月后和第一
个buyer的交易失败后，seller agent把上一个buyer的inspection report放到网上，
这个算是seller的disclosure的一部分吗？在seller填写的disclsoure上有个选项问最
近几年有没有做过任何inspection，seller选择的是NO，即便是在inspection report
放到网上后，这个disclosure也没有改动。我在一开始递交offer的时候，是在这个
disclosure签下我的名字，但是我的agent非的说是网上放的inspection report属于
seller disclosure的一部分，她坚持让sell重新填份disclosure，上面写上有
inspection report，然后让我在新的disclosure和inspection report上签名。我现在
突然想起这事，请教大家一下。谢谢

这个应该找你的买方agent，它吃这碗饭的，说对了就罢了，但说错了就要付责任，比
如再返给你50%作为你的credit。

多谢了。问题我也不知道她说的对还是错。只是觉得seller那边什么都没有说，是她主
动跟seller那边联系让seller修改disclosure。我本来把签过名的合同的disclosure都
给她，她扣着disclosure没给seller，而且告诉我这个inspection report算是seller
的disclosure的一部分，如果合同上我不明确指出修复这些问题的话，我的inspection
发现跟以前inspection一样的问题，是不可以要求seller修复的。当时觉得真是没事找
事。
