看到craigslist的一个帖子，1br房租比较便宜。邮件回复，填了一个申请表。要求去
看房，对方邮件却答非所问。下面是第二封邮件全文，望大人指点，或有没类似经历的

How are you doing today?i got your Application form you filled and
everything is okay by me.Am very exited and willing to let you move in
as soon as possible and i have conclude on accepting payment for the
first month rent Which is $600 including Utilities inside and the
security deposit $400 for you to secure my property and move in when
you are ready!!..
The package containing the keys and documents of the unit will be
delivered to you Through FedEx Shipping Company withing 48hours to the
address you will sending to me.And again I have to let you know how
you will be making the payment Via Western union money Transfer.So you
have to let me know the one that is close to you for the payment so
that i can inform there Agent Early. Here are the contents of the
document that will be shipped to you as soon as your deposit is
Confirmed.
1)Entrance and the rooms Keys
2)Paper/Permanent Unit form
3)The Unit documentary file.
4)Payment receipt.
Once Again i want to give you this base on the trust i have for you
and i know you will not let me down.I will be going to the FedEx
Shipping Company to register the package with your Full Name and
address as soon as i hear back from you.This is my First time of doing
some thing like this and i know you will not let me down. So do get
back to me as soon as possible.

与屋顶面积有关，还有与原来有几层shingle有关。

和总居住面积关系不大。屋顶面积多少，屋顶形状复杂不复杂？你要多少年的warranty？
