New house, just signed a contract with a builder, and made 10k deposit, no

好像最便宜的保险也是cover的

new house用realtor可以拿rebate, 但是一定要和realtor一起register.

有的builder还是允许这个时候让Realtor介入, 但是有的就不行了. but never hurt
to ask.
