Final Walk Through查出几个小问题, 都是seller承诺已经修好的. 给seller发信问.
Seller态度不好，狡辩已经修好了。也不愿给几百块的credit. 我的agent建议fight
back with the seller.
但是这样的话, closing date就要错过了. 不知道这样下去会怎么样? 如果闹翻了，我
的earnest money 还能不能要会来. 清专业人士给点意见，谢谢。

除非是几千的修理费，不然不值得花时间和精力去交涉。

值得，几百块钱是大麻烦，人活一口气，一定不能去close.

卖家可以欺骗你，listing agent可以敷衍你，loan officer可以拖延你，你的agent可
以不管你，但是只要你close了，你就是稳拿。
如果你最后错过了，那你也和他们一样是卢瑟。

为啥这么麻烦？
我们买房时的合同里注明：检查中凡是500刀以下的小修理一概免除。
房子不能当汽车来买。
当然，如果你想争一口气，那另说。

we had a $1000 up limit for reparing. So, a lot of small repair was done by
our agent.
I don't think it is worth of it to fight back for such small amount of money.

如果房子买的不错，就算了。遇到气人的事情以后还多者是，只能选对自己最有利的。
即便你要回了earnest money, 你的损失也不是这几百。

seller 就是想欺负你觉得你不可能为几百块放弃房子。
其实他的房子如果你不要了更不好卖，已经九月了，过了好时机了。
